  2. Order Processing:

    • Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

    • If your cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order, and you will need to follow our Return Policy for returns.

  3. Refunds:

    • If your cancellation request is processed successfully within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

  4. Custom Orders:

    • For custom or personalized clothing items, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed, as these items are made specifically for you.

  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Please note that any discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as stated in our store policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your clothing items, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

    • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  •  The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
